As long as we have a debt based money system without proper oversight and common sense in applying it’s Usury Principle we will be forever DEBT-SLAVES.

It’s abstraction of real wealth concepts into the practical application of the fiat-money supply system leaves us at the mercy of the people who constantly game the system to increase profit for themselves and their sponsors.

Meanwhile the State of Western Australia has announced that it is shutting down 150 remote Aboriginal Communities (mainly in the Kimberley Region where the Korporations want to go Fracking EVERYWHERE for the benefit of humanity themselves) because the Commonwealth government is cost shifting to the States. This will mean internally displaced refugees created by our own government in our own country.

I find it all rather shameful, hypocritical, and mean spirited of the Australian Government (State and Federal) and corporations.

DEBT AS THE MEANS OF CONSOLIDATION OF POWER AND CONTROL INTO THE HANDS OF THE FEW.

IF THAT DOESN’T WORK THEN LET THERE BE WAR!

If you have managed to read all the way through to here and not found it all too boring then I hope you have a happy day. If, on the other hand, you have found this blog to be inferior in some way then let that be it’s own punishment!

Sometimes you can only find happiness in the little things as the big things are being fucked up the ass by the corporations out at Bohemian Grove.

should be considered high caliber. But it’s not. The sophisticated truths that would dazzle when compared to any competitors work are just missed when the public are wearing ‘standard issue’ welding goggles.  That’s when they aren’t wearing their beer goggles. When they have neither of those on, they will have their Google goggles on. Trying to Google for a set of goggles with the latest, killer, app.

“ONE PAIR OF GOGGLES TO BIND THEM ALL!”

Ah, Ha! Badly executed metaphor! Just what we need on this piss-ant shoe-string publication.

Little wonder, I suppose, that I’m routinely ignored and/or ridiculed by TPTB in a conspiracy that stretches back to before the dawn of time or the drawing of space. Two oxymoron’s that will live forever, together, in infamy.

As everyone should know these cartoons do not depict anyone in real-life (living or dead) and any inference made thereof is purely a coincidence and not intended by the author/artist. Copyright control and all that stuff I claim for this as well. Sounds greedy, I know. But greed is now the worlds number one MOTIVATOR.  All adherents to the MOTIVATOR hear the call to follow its greedy God who want to take the whole world for themselves.

I have to assume my mind has these sort of images running around in there just waiting to be expressed to the wider world. They are rude and crude but I feel that they give a robust version of a reality that must be acknowledged in the metaphorical if not the literal. In fact it is fundamental to the whole cartooning project that this is the correct way to read these things.

Don’t assume that these are conscious actions, though. They appear in my mind only as I draw them out. Literally.

I have realized that because of my lack of stable, consistent schooling, and being a member of a dysfunctional family, I ended up with an education, of sorts, but not the underlying ‘training’ to obey authority without question. Now for most, this rebellion from the school’s ‘training’ regimen will be present in some form at some level of intent and/or action at some stage in their lives as the ‘training’ is never perfectly administered. That is just a function of the constant failing of the education system due to lack of funds and the low moral that it engenders in the faculty and disinterest or worse from a large proportion of the students

Always to the silent rhythm of the Money-Man’s gravy train running its tracks over your life.

It’s like they give us a sort of perverted chance at surviving this system of indoctrination but at the price of a properly funded and resourced education system. Which, when I think about it, seems to work to TPTB’s advantage anyway. The rebels without a cause (like me) get into trouble and burn-up so that they become examples of what happens to those who dare to snub the power of authority. I have seen so many people become statistics that way. I was pretty close to burning-up myself until I realized that I was being naive and immature. I stopped trying to make friends with strangers I met and they stopped playing me for the fool that I was. Can’t deny it now that I’ve relinquished the booze.

I was a likable person until I hit the bottle and then became a monster as my inner conflicts were blasted into innocent peoples faces. I was a binge-drinker and I felt despicable after every bad night (and there were lots of them). I have to say it now to shatter any illusions that any may have formulated about me.  I can see now how I was tolerated by the elite for a brief while until I provided them with a kind of grotesque and unique entertainment of self destruction as my swan song.

My life experiences have taught me we are all products of circumstances that we don’t have control over. That truth is denied by TPTB and they try their hardest to brainwash us to believing our lives should be dedicated to proving that we have that control, not circumstance. Which proves the original premise as far as I’m concerned. It’s alright for those who have the means or money to ejaculate such nonsense but for the vast majority the course was set some generations back. In my case, I had no choice but to let the bad programming run its course while trying to see and understand what had been coded into me. Luckily I have managed to isolate the bad programming and programmers. I am now in the arduous and ongoing process of uninstalling those programs. Using my higher self which is not posited in these course material dimensions of Cartesian space and lineal time.

I asked Rolf to dig up Jimmy Savile to see what the inside of his head was thinking and this is what I uncovered:

Image

I’m sure Jimmy enjoys his sweet potato!

Now that he’s dead some dark energy has probably been released and is roaming the astral plains looking for some other host to infect. Some poor, stupid, soul without any thought to protect themselves against such a threat will stand out to a force like this as a lighted beacon. The souls take-down is as hard and brutal as you can get. All done in a silence that wraps you like a cloak to muffle the souls last gasps as you allow it to be taken from you and consumed by malevolent forces that then work through you and out into the temporal world.

Getting Biblical at the moment and that’s not because I have become a religious zealot, but rather I have no other way of giving the readers effective description to what I feel is the level and intensity of the EVIL being perpetrated world-wide.

Disappearing boat loads of asylum seekers at sea is just another indicator of how hardened our attitudes to the ‘other’ have become. Is it an act of evil? IMO it is if those people are consequently exposed to abuse and/or worse from our governments actions. I also understand that Australia is going to become even more attractive to people in the Northern Hemisphere and we are in danger of being overwhelmed if we don’t protect our boarders.

Very troubling times. It seems that all the choices available have very negative consequences.

I’ve always been amazed at how some people who are willing predators seem utterly impervious to the logic of compassion. I only see degrees of separation but not that much difference between the Culture of Celebrity and a sick pervert like Savile. How anyone could even work with him makes me realize how perversely powerful fame can be. I’m glad I rejected it all those years ago. Fame, as well, rejected me. It was a sort of mutual thing. There is a ‘vibe’ in the entertainment scene and it could be interpreted exactly as the Illuminati conspiracy theorists write about. If you’re not in the club, the system they control wont help you and will turn on you and destroy you if it can. It doesn’t take prisoners. There is no room in the system for dissenters who actually want to fundamentally change the system. There never was.

Our genius as individuals has been exploited by TPTB in a unique way since the Industrial Revolution. Before the IR the masses were required to provide the labor to build their palaces and wage their wars. Now, with so many labor saving devices in use or being developed, many of us are now superfluous to their society’s requirements. Idle hands make for awkward questions so we are being systematically removed through wars, destruction of fresh water supplies, wrecking our food bowls with Fracking and like technologies,  oil spills, Corexit, and man-made disasters like Chernobyl, Three Mile Island, and Fukushima. Nuclear power plants releasing their unimaginably long-lived gene destroying radioactive isotopes into our biosphere to kill or weaken those who cannot avoid it’s deadly reach. It’s hard to be optimistic in such an environment. FB news feed or not.

There is unpredictability in the storm that is gathering;

The Emperor has his Palace but what will the people think of his new clothes?

0

Seen the pictures. Listened to the architect dribble on about how he (male, of course) tried to keep the interior as true to the original design as possible and have come to the conclusion that there is an awful lot of that $26 million in consultants pockets and not very much at all actually spend on the refurbishment of the structure.

I’m not surprised because that’s how you keep yourself in political power, by giving away enormous amounts of tax-payers money to managers, consultants and spin doctors (often interchangeable and therefore indistinguishable to the naked eye or a hare-lip) to hypno-con the public into believing that somehow this government has a thorough bred understanding of excellent managerial practices of our States finances.

All done with not even a slight tilt or nod of the head to indicate that the unsuitable for such high and occasional tea paid the taxes for this expensively built knob polished twirling room for those willing to pay the price for a meeting with the Emperor. No doubt the twirlers will be presenting him with his new clothes.

Government has become rather good at lining its ministers pockets and the pockets of their friends and family while the rest of us muddle on in spite of the parasitic sucking away at our hard earned. It is just the nature of the Beast, so let no one wonder at what sort of people got to work on the Premiers Palace at wet dream wages and conditions.

I foolishly used to think I would like to be involved with the West Australians organised industrial conspiracy many years ago until I realised I wasn’t ever going to be invited into this ‘purple circle’ of individuals who sit at the helm of the unions and employer groups that fester here. I would never have been a good candidate inasmuch that when ever I had the occasion to experience their Machiavellian antics I would ape them in a gross parody that flattered neither myself nor them. They are exponents of the art of dissembling. They can and do pretend that their actions that strip away the hope and dignity of others is all justified by involvement with the larger and vastly more sophisticated picture of how the world is when seen through the eyes of those who have it all at their finger tips. I could never put the blinkers on without being blinded in the process. It isn’t hard to conclude all organisations are corrupted at the top by the greedy and that they have no remorse when using the naive drawn to these organisations to protect and promote their own exclusive interests.

These groups have inevitably metastasised into the political class that is neatly divided in this country into the Labor/Greens and Liberal/National Parties. The minor Parties change names as fashions change but their function of duality is maintained. This duality is reflected both between and within the major Parties and is a simple yet effective rendering in real-politic of the Hegelian dialectic. As each takes the reigns of power synthesis is achieved in the Parliament as they cease to be ideological and instead become apparently pragmatic. I was a fool for a long time, believing that these Parties were divided by opposing ideas and were defined by them. Well, that was just for public consumption as they say, for these Parties are joined together at the Bank where the real control of our lives exists. The ideas are just for us fools to fight with each other over. Ideas about the working class as an opposing force to the employer class create divisions within communities from which these devils make money through conflict borne out of inequality in opportunity. People who can see through some of the charade are utterly bamboozled by some other aspect such as the cult of personality.

It is show business for ugly and nasty people and that without the backing of the international bankster cartel these Parties of parasites would cease to exist in very short order. In point of fact since in this distorted world of politics the betrayal of the rest of us to the international slave traders (mining resource corporations) happens while one hand washes the other (banksters and their Petit bourgeois politicians) it becomes apparent one would not be viable without the other. The compartmentalised pyramid of power and control shows how easy it now is to enforce the doctrines and philosophy of the Illuminati. Their talents are vastly different from the talents that you would assume are gifted to the actor or musician, although having some cross-over into those talents exponentially enhance the vicissitudes they so easily contrive for our consumption.

In the end it is all about the MONEY. Money is the black hole that draws all those who venture into these areas of human control to the point of no return. That is because, as I have come to realise, the concept of debt based money is negative. It exists only as an absence within all the documentation that surrounds it creating its intention (for those who spend most of their waking moments aspiring to its acquisition through manipulation of OPM) of drawing the unsuspecting into believing that it has some kind of intrinsic value. It has NONE! It is a slight of hand and a trick of the light. It is a medium of exchange and without the goods and/or services book-ending the transaction it is shown to be worthless. ie Bank creates the money/credit to lend to the Butcher to pay the meat wholesaler to sell to the Bakers wife or husband who pays money/credit back to the Butcher which cycles back to the bank. Without sufficient economic activity you are only left with the usury component (interest that will compound into a spiral of accumulating debt if not cycled within a certain time span) which is utterly COUNTER-productive.

You can’t eat money, you cant build things with money. You can’t drive a gold bar or a dollar bill around town. It is in essentially and only a medium that creates a utility that motivates economic activity. Greedy banksters have made the mistake of imposing an extrinsic value of interest that deceives people into thinking it has an intrinsic value. But it has no real value without the spin doctors (banksters) imposing a cost (interest) that in the long run has the effect of destroying it’s utility as a medium of exchange.

OK, you got that? Let’s move on a bit…..

This accumulating spiral of debt, I believe, underlays the motivation for the wholesale invasion and destruction of all indigenous cultures around the world including the Australian Aboriginal culture. It is because they had done without money as a medium of exchange for at least 30,000 years and achieved a stable and exceedingly healthy lifestyle before the European invasion. I think they understood that it is kinship that is the medium through which all exchanges must take place as the action of exchange is the essence of effecting economic activity, not money per se.

Our obsession with money for money’s sake has turned us into cultural and environmental rapists pursuing the mandated burden of the compounded interest on loans to the point of extinguishing all economic activity by smothering it with debt beyond its productive capacity to overcome during any business cycle timeline.

That is why I believe that the industrialisation of the Kimberley will be its cultural rape and environmental destruction and all for nothing as the debt/credit/debt cycle will just eat it whole.

Money, instead of being just a medium of exchange, has been made valuable in its own right through compounding interest on the principal because it has given the banksters a new power through the cost of providing money. This power is exemplified by the necessity to write loan contracts that control your activities over the life of that loan and beyond into the next loan to pay the interest generated on the loan before it. A never ending cycle that has fucked countries like Greece right up the ass.

That huge swinging dick is headed right for all our asses if we don’t stop it swinging soon.

TRY TO THINK.

Try to think about what would happen if everyone had access to the abundance around us without borrowing money to live. Well, it would mean the end of ownership of a peoples/government/nations physical/mental/emotional activities by another entity that we have no understanding or control over. No longer would the lenders be able to bend us to their will by manipulation of our personal and public economies. Under analysis it becomes glaringly obvious that the lending institution is just a medium through which the Illuminati work to control the unwitting and unfortunate to betray their friends, family, and eventually march off into war to give even more control by killing those implacably opposed to their form of compartmentalised pyramid control.

Most of what we see around ourselves and others is a product of a system of living that has torn us away from our humanity. How many of us can attest to the notion that the hours we work to make the necessary loan/mortgage repayments to maintain a lifestyle that we seldom get to see, let alone enjoy, is worth the effort and sacrifice?

Have you been raised to turn away from acts of violence and pretend you saw nothing is the right thing to do? Have you been taught to accept that there is no such thing as evil, just madness, and that it renders the crazed individual helpless until the Doctor arrives with his bag of needles and pharmaceuticals? Have you been taught that there is nothing beyond your own will to expediency? Then you are fully fledged lower level member of the Illuminati. It is a broad church and it only takes acquiescence to the authority of the dissolute to become a member

The government teach that the FIFO life is the way to secure a safe/secure/happy future. But all I will ask is does that future exist for you NOW or are you still waiting for it to happen? Still waiting for the kids to get married and settle down? Wondering if they might be different in some unacceptable way? Maybe getting too high on the synthetic drugs their huge pay packets can buy them? What a huge joke to semantics that is! Last time I looked all manufactured drugs were synthetic, psychedelic or any other . But we will never be able to have sensible discussions about drugs, synthetic or naturally growing like cannabis, cocoa leaves, the South American Yage vine, or psilocybin. We have the issues confused for the rest by talking in ignorant and misinformed terms like skunk-weed whose potency is affected (apparently) by adding man made chemicals (another load of rubbish put about by egomaniac politicians and their paid by the lie advisors to keep the sheeple at each others throats while they and their children carry out whatever lifestyle experiments they like involving rebellious but unconnected naive fools as cover for their activities).

But I digress from this notion that we have two political Parties, one running the show while the other in opposition with opposing ideologies that are given the reigns of power by the people through our ‘robust’ democratic system….Ha. What a huge fucking JOKE! Having a ‘Safe seat’ gives the lie to the idea that parliament is anything other that a gravy train for the political class and their various dynasties. Notice how their can only be a certain number of ‘safe seats’ in our pathetic representative democracy which automatically limits the number of those dynasties, and which of course, amplifies by codifying the power of those dynastic members who are anointed by their Party machine over the less protected members who risk dis-endorsement if they do not toe the party line.

Now let me have a word, or two, about the so called two Party system in the context of asylum seekers arriving by boat. When the Liberal/National Party were in power prior to 2007 and excised something like 300 islands from the Australian migration zone so that the boat arrivals could be shunted off to Naru and Manus Island in Papua New Guinea with no guarantee of re-settlement in Australia once they were eventually processed. The Labor Party (in opposition) were just about apoplectic in their vitriolic opposition to the moves by the Liberal/National Party government of the time. Indeed they, in part, won themselves an election over their opposition to such a callous attitude to these asylum seekers who were, and still are, coming on leaky boats to Australia in the hope of a better life.

I was transported here through Cape Town on a leaky, Greek boat filled with Greek immigrants headed for Melbourne who were forever getting into knife fights while on board. (But you wont hear anything like that from the likes of Abbott and Gillard who only want to bash a minority (asylum seekers) who will never have any electoral power. If Tony Robot is the best that the Liberal opposition can come up with then Labor will win by default. What a hopeless joke our democracy is!)

While we were at sea in the middle of the Indian ocean the crew tried to have a life boat drill but gave up when most of the life boats turned out to be rusted to their runners and couldn’t be launched. I was too young to be alarmed about such a situation but when the ship docked in Melbourne the MUA came on board and, tapping the life boats with a small hammer, found most of them to be rusted out hulks that would have just sunk the moment they were put in the water. How things change but stay the same, eh?!?

After arriving in Perth, Australia but moving on to Melbourne I had become fat and was accorded the title, P.o.M.E.(Prisoner of Mother England) bastard and was unmercifully bullied during all of my schooling there. People who think they have known me have said I should be grateful to be living in their lucky country, and in many ways I am because I had my eyes opened in ways that I’m still only now coming to terms with. But it set me apart from everyone else and I will never be able to close that gap. I will always be an outsider and can never be truly at ease because I don’t belong anywhere. I do not have a connection to a country, or a connection to a culture. I am in spite of everything. I am defined by what I am not and who I can never be. I am a Diaspora with no home that I can identify with.

In conclusion I want to say again that the industrialisation of the Kimberley should be resisted by all. Not only for the sake of the Aboriginal people who will be displaced from their Homeland by the remorseless march of the resource companies who care not a jot for the people who they will turn into internal refugees. But because the Banksters debt cycle (Their tried and true preferred business model for the rest of the world where a credit created on their balance sheet automatically becomes a debit for us all when things get out of hand. Just keep in mind the GFC and the bailouts we all have to pay for through higher taxes and reduced economic activity!) that is fucking Europe will just come right on over the seas and fuck us too.

With the exception, of course, of those ministers of our West Australian parliament who have been investing on those speculative shares that we, the uninformed, have no inside information on.

Not to be thwarted by the lack of gainful employment on offer in the paper, Sunday I did a letterbox drop of fliers around the area I live. There’s quite a mix of old and new housing in the slab of suburbs that surround the city. The old houses have a lot of asbestos in them and are worthy of demolition rather than renovation. I ponder the lives of the people who live in them and realise that a lot of 1st world poverty is hidden away behind the overgrown gardens and ramshackle exteriors of these houses that sit between the redevelopments wedged between them. A lot of them are older people who have emptied out their banks and sold their assets, if they had any, to help set their children a head-start. The unemployed and welfare families, barely able to provide for their children, on the limited government support occupy many more of these older houses. I wonder how many of those children will be over-exposed to the asbestos fibres fraying away due to age and weathering in all their walls and ceilings of those old homes. Even the self-funded in retirement are finding it hard in these times of reduced yields on their investments and all the recent cost of living increases. It all adds up to a moribund economy and social order that is notable for the hard core of people here insulated from the travails that afflict the rest of us.

I say all this to try to give some depth to what it means to be in a place that has been the so-called recipient of 21 years of uninterrupted growth and how it translates into a patchwork of economic realities all contained within the matrix of lies and deceit put about by our government and MSM. Deceit that the investment from mining would be any more beneficial than investment in the R&D of renewable or self sustaining energy generation. Lies that the uninterrupted economic sunshine shinning down on that hard-core of financially independent within the state has and always will spill over and bathe the rest of us not so fortunate mugs.

21 years of so-called uninterrupted growth has been negated by 21 years of price inflation. For all that growth we are still saddled with massive and growing public/private debt. I have debt and plenty of it and not enough in assets to cover those debts. Not my idea of how things should be for all those so-called years of growth.

All of this settles into my mind as I reconcile myself to the low yield of enquires I can expect from these flyers. My mind moves on to considering how is it that we find ourselves so unable to provide comfortable, and sustainable lifestyles beyond the obvious, and not so, imperfections of ourselves that limit our potential as individuals. I mean, we can all point out the mistakes that others have made that have impacted on their lives but that doesn’t cover the vast majority who would rather try to co-operate rather than compete. These people all too often are left the losers in a world of manufactured scarcity brought about by the structure of our financial system that institutionalises the practice of usury.

I tend to agree with Anthony Migchels from his Real Currencies blog that the imposition of interest repayments on our debt based money supply is the most effective instrument used by the rich to thieve from the poor. The figures he uses seem to back up this assertion and my own experience does tend to confirm this hypothesis that compounding interest repayments on debt are a draconian imposition on those least able to pay. A wealth redistribution from the poor to the rich that is a self sustaining engine of misery for those caught in it’s web of contractual obligations.

I live on the edge of insolvency for most of the time but the up-side is that it can and does all change with just a phone call or two. For reasons that are deeply encoded into my psyche I prefer to put up with this uncertainty in life than submit to working for someone who I will always consider as an unnecessary cut from the money I could potentially earn from my skill set. Most managers I’ve had dealings with have disappointed me as they tend to intimidate and exploit the people that work for them. The bad managers I have known tend to get their positions because they’re networking time servers primarily driven by naked ambition rather than a commitment to achieving the goals of the company and the welfare of it’s staff under their control and supervision.

Speaking more broadly, bad and counter-productive managers and their practices are just a symptom of the larger malaise that afflicts our contemporary world as the unproductive but predatory by nature try to find positions of power over others to relieve their lives of drudgery. That the system we now suffer under is conducive to the power plays of these individuals makes our plight all the more precipitous.

You know, I was a great believer in a deregulated market-place until I moved from being an employee to self employed. The dog eat dog attitude that exists as a fundamental aspect of small/micro business in the present economic system gives a pretty frightening prospect for survival for those not connected to established power and wealth. The boom/bust cycles of our present economic system, (that are made possible by the globalised fragmentation of production that is manipulated by the financial oligarchs that suggested this system of global interdependence in the first place) make it impossible to give our societies a steady state to grow and thrive in. It is always a rush to the top before the music stops where position is more important than purpose.

However, it has become apparent to me, that we, as a civilised society, could actually make even this half baked monetary system effective for the purposes of the exchange of goods and services if it weren’t for the fact that any system of exchange, because of it size and complexity, is always being manipulated by the unscrupulous. This, I believe, never changes no matter what system of exchange we use. The moment we need abstraction because of it’s complexity it becomes open to interpretation/prediction and therefore manipulation. Abstraction be-gets a state of uncertainty which enables others to project their own agenda into the exchange of information. I think it fair to say information is always the fundamental component of every transaction no matter how small or seemingly irrelevant. Information, because of it’s logical structure, can be corrupted through any kind of mediated (more than two parties involved) transfer of that information when that 3rd party can filter/alter the data undetected.

This doesn’t mean that I’m now for onerous regulation by government or anyone else as I have seen how flawed that approach is as well. We need to go somewhere else.

On the micro level our monetary transactions look fairly simple and transparent but when we realise that we are only processing part of the information contained within that seemingly transparent exchange, (ie. that our money is debt based and is owed to it’s issuing bank. So is not in actuality ours to keep given the sweep of overall money supply creation and destruction controlled by the banks through the setting of interest rates and other charges) what once seemed straight forward now reveals a depth and complexity that affects the value of the money in your possession without your having to do anything except hold it.

A major problem, I see, is we need change alright and it must concern the way the private banking system create money/credit as compound interest bearing loans to us, governments and all. But we need to have consensus on that change so that everyone can live with it. I can’t see that happening from a solution imposed from the top down. Too many opportunities for the criminally minded. Because of this I’m warming to the idea that regional currencies based on mutual credit may be the way out of the stagflation that I fear will be gripping the entire planet soon.

Are West Australian politicians the ultimate form of rent seeking (low)-life? (Up-dated August 2014)

0

I bought the Saturday edition of the West Australian today and looked at the number of positions vacant for people with my kind of skills and qualifications (7 when there used to be over 40. Boom state?!? Always was a lie). I have a technical trade background and run and operate a micro-business in the housing sector. I have not had to read the sits. vacant for a number of years since I started my own business (and have managed to keep running) even though work has at least halved since the GFC hit in 2008/9. Unfortunately, the local economy is fading to almost nothing and I do NOT work in or for the resources sector in Western Australia, nor do I wish to after having worked on and off in that sector in the years before I started my own business. Hence my reckoning with the downside of the global financial crisis at about the same time as most other people in the West.

DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE LYING STATISTICS COMING OUT OF WEST AUSTRALIA.

People such as small business owners, like myself, know the reality behind the head-lies that come out of this state. We have just seen over 1000 workers sacked without notice from one of the states biggest resources employers (Fortesque Metals Group) which has now gone into a trading halt till next Tuesday because it lost 14% of it’s stock-market capitalization in one day. Due in no small part to the fact that they ONLY mine iron ore (with a slightly lower grade than their competitors, Rio, and BHP, rip out of the ground further north in the state), and that the price for that ore has dropped well below the $120 per tonne floor price that had been predicted not two months earlier. Coupled with the $10 Billion debt the company has to service means that unless the price of iron ore suddenly gets up near that $120 floor price again then we will be in even greater economic contraction than we already are as more and more projects are shelved with the money either going elsewhere or staying in the banksters mind, as yet, uncreated credit (debt to us).

Then we’ve got the Gina Rhineheart (of stone) Roy Hill Iron Ore mine that will be created, they say, with a workforce that will number up to 8000 at the height of the construction phase, of which, around 2000 will be imported from overseas in a special deal ratified by the state and federal governments (of which there are said to be up to a dozen similar agreements with other International Corporations in the country ready for activation). Rhineheart’s company has sold this agreement to the public in a fashion that obscures the fact that the max employment of the construction phase of 8000 may only be a short period with the crew dropping back to the near 2000 range for most of the construction. Meaning, of course, that most of the construction work could be done by overseas labor. There are many way to rort agreements in the IR sector here as it is a classic case of capture of the (weakened) government regulators by the so-called regulated (cashed-up corporations, hedge funds, etc.)

The government lies here that we have around 4% unemployed but this figure is hogwash when you consider that the government defines being employed, and thus do not turn up on the statistics, as engaging in 1 hour (or more) of paid work per fortnight! If the gutless cowards in this government had the strength of character to face this stark reality of massive underemployment then maybe we could start working towards a solution. But when the PTB wont even allow the situation to be acknowledged then we are forced to blunder on as blind fools at the mercy of these people and their agenda.

What’s that agenda, I hear you ask?

Having lived in WA for most of my adult life I have experienced all sorts of discriminating behaviors and to say the elite here are a callous bunch, typical of the conscienceless, would about as accurate as saying that the average Joe here is encouraged to be enraged over things that don’t really impact on them that much. Asylum seekers being one such issue. By that I mean that most people, even the rich and powerful, aren’t taught to be aware of the negative consequences of officially sanctioned activities in the economy and environment that they may be engaged in either financially, morally, or socially. In fact we are encouraged to be ‘exceptional’ with our own conduct in the market-place, yet to demand conformity from our competitors.

Of course, these cause and effect factors are telescoped away from each other in this sophisticated market economy so that the effect is that the miners of Uranium don’t have to be responsible for the disposal of the transuranic waste that it is turned into, is a perfect example.

Meanwhile, the real nasty economic levers are being pulled by these rent seeker political elite, and the fact we’re being crunched in the gears seems to go unnoticed. It’s certainly never portrayed as such in our media. In fact I find that any blog-sites that deal with West Australian politics are run by people with whom I find little or no common ground. In frustration I have started this blog to try and give a voice to how I see the economic/political/social situation unfolding in Western Australia.

I see Western Australia as being a case study in the application of the control methods of the Internationalists when given a free reign in a society that has been made placid and submissive to authority and indifferent to the suffering of others by being set up as a penal colony and decimating any native resistance over 200 years ago.

This has translated into a permanent underclass of mainly Aboriginal people and those others who live at the margins of the main economy. A main economy that is utterly dependent on the vagaries of the boom/bust cycles of the mining, oil, and gas super giant international corporations who care not a jot for the individual concerns of the communities they operate in. Sure, they make a big deal about all the money they throw at the locals while they’re there but once the resource has been depleted, and all that’s left are holes and badly rehabilitated tailing dumps and damns, the money that may still be accruing (if it hasn’t been embezzled or stolen because the oversight to these agreements was always to foment division and personal greed at the expense of traditional values and customs) to the local Aboriginals is not enough to rehabilitate their communities and mined land with any great success.

This is sadly reflected in the size of the Aboriginal prison population in comparison to the general prison population in that whereas they comprise about 4% of the overall population of the state, they represent about 20% of the total WA prison population. However, I hasten to add that with the West Australian economy tanking so alarmingly it shouldn’t be too long before a lot more of us are in prison on conviction for stealing to eat, or some similarly poverty induced crime. Unemployment benefit is so inadequate in this country it’s a cruel fucking joke. So for anyone to think that our ‘safety net’ is something to depend on for economic survival is either living on anothers largesse or they are one of the statistically small but significant portion of the population that are wired into the resources sector (about 5% of the states workforce are employed directly or indirectly by this sector). The rest of us, to a greater or lesser extent, have to fight for the crumbs that fall from the butchers table in the Premier’s office where the state is being carved up and exported to other countries. Where, of course, most of the value adding into the final salable/consumable product to be sold back to us is performed. Even the modules used in the states resource sector are made overseas and only given to us for final assembly. Often the workmanship has been found to be inadequate and/or unsafe and has had to be rebuilt at extra expense once delivered here for assembly. But that doesn’t seem to factor into the equations that these great International agreements are based upon.

These forces are draining the Western Australian state of it’s ability to grow and develop independently of the Internationalist corporations who are both figuratively and in actuality hollowing out this state for the disproportionate advantage of only a few. These are people who do not deserve what they have while the society they operate in is allowed to suffer due to inadequate funding of the essential services they need to have for a dignified and successful life.

So in concluding this, I will say that I have started the case for the affirmative that the politicians of this state are just rent seeking off of our hard earned and highly taxed incomes without improving our social and economic mobility one bit. In fact the reverse seems to be happening. This all occurring while the politicians suck off the tax-payer funded government teat and sell us down the river to International conglomerates (who usually pay very little or no tax on their profits because of ‘free trade’ deals made by these traitorous rent seekers). All the while bribing the government workers with job security when times are good (for them) and frightening them with forced redundancy when times are not. Compliance is expected and failure to submit is career death. Forever.

These are my personal impressions from Perth, Western Australia on this Saturday the 15th of September 2012.

Update:

It’s  August 2014 and I’ve just reread what I wrote then and can say that I still stand by all that I said and the sentiments expressed in it (although I did rewrite a little bit because it was confusingly written. Proof readings a bitch, eh!). Unemployment is now over 5% in the State and Barnett is doing things like allowing Chevron to house their workers on site rather than in Onslow where they would have contributed to the local economy much, much, more than will be the case now. The other side of this equation is that Chevron gets to control and monitor its employees 24/7. This sort of deprivation of personal freedom outside of working hours is too much for people like me to bare so I will never willingly take a job in this sector any more. Because these companies have effectively locked people like me out of their workplaces I have absolutely no qualms in saying they should pay a lot more for what they take out of our land and economy. I don’t see these multinationals as great innovators and growth generators. I see them as crushing the life out of the planet and turning it into paper money for themselves and waste, dislocation, and death for the rest of us.

You think that’s hard? I have clients that work in the mining industry and they are now working 14-16 hr shifts with terrible rosters so that the companies can get their product out at reduced cost. Being on a salaried contract their wage remains the same. Plus the plethora of overseas worker on 457 visas do even more for less and don’t complain. (no wonder that these companies want to hide their workforce from unwelcome, prying eyes and ears)

The cost to us so far this last twelve months; 9 deaths by suicide (official so the real number is probably much higher). That’s at least 9 extended families that will have been shattered by these deaths but we are taught to just treat them as another statistic that can be safely ignored because an ‘official’ has measured it. We can all rest easy now that we have a parliamentary committee looking into it. Good luck to them. I’m sure they’re really going to get to the nub of the problem with trying to turn your entire working population into compliant, unquestioning ROBOTS so the multinationals can extract their price from us all without even a whimper of protest!

I notice that we have the ex PM of Japan here in Australia giving talks decrying the use of nuclear reactors and uranium mining because of his experience of being in charge of the country on that fateful day , March the 11th 1011, when the earthquake and tsunami destroyed the Daiichi nuclear power plant causing three total melt-downs and melt-throughs which are still actively contaminating the whole of our planet.

http://www.abc.net.au/news/2014-08-22/move-towards-renewables-former-japanese-pm-tells-australia/5691118

However, the article goes into NO detail of the present condition of the plants.

It also doesn’t detail AT ALL how these substances don’t dilute and become harmless. They SPREAD and remain LETHAL if exposed to them by ingestion through the food supply or environment for up to millions of years! Plus the fact that radiation of this type bio-accumulates as it is concentrated up the food-chain. Think about the implications for future life on this planet. I do and I am damned if I’m going to throw all my knowledge down the drain for a few fucking dollars and accept that cancer is a inevitable outcome of living in the modern world.

So that’s why I put this link below so you can get some up to date information on the crisis at Fukushima.

http://enenews.com/scientist-holds-press-conference-tokyo-urgent-need-share-new-findings-fukushima-very-very-striking-results-show-injury-ecosystems-radiation-significant-implications-regions-japan-video

Of course, to these pimps for nuclear power it’s a hell of a lot more than a few measly dollars! And I do mean ‘hell’! It’s what I believe should happen even if I have no way of verifying my theory!

We must shut down all Uranium Mining.

We must close all nuclear reactors and decommission them before they all end up melting-down because of poor maintenance, natural disasters, sabotage, or war. Fukushima is not contained and poses a present threat and ongoing danger to civilization.

Horserotovator doesn’t want the transuranic waste back from these mines so he doesn’t want the mines.
